Home School Classes at the Environmental Nature Center


A non-Newtonian fluid is a fluid whose flow properties are not described by a single constant value of viscosity.

Home school students create non-Newtonian fluids in MAD Science class at the Environmental Nature Center.








Free radicals are atoms, molecules or ions with unpaired electrons (no friends). These unpaired electrons are usually highly reactive, so radicals are likely to take part in chemical reactions like this explosion of non-dairy creamer. See the video HERE.
